Atrocious service from MWeb

I have spent the last 2 months trying to get Mweb to take over my domain and Email from my current service provider. The service desk is is absolutely useless and will not escalate if you make the request. I spent the entire day yesterday trying to get an issue resolved and made about 8 calls to their helpdesk and each time I was either placed on hold or asked to wait and then cut off. You have no way of bypassing the helpdesk to get assistance from a higher or executive level. Clearly their executives are scared of dealing with the public so they hide behind a screen of anonymity shielded by the helpdesk under instructions not to escalate problems to senior staff.
