atrocious service

I just had to create a a hello peter just to say Mweb is the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of using in my whole life. you wait 2 hours on the line for jack.

there agents have attitude like you are wrong for calling in for assistance. they just refer you to the online portal, even that thing does even work. you log a query and wait weeks for a response.

my days as an mweb client are number, if it weren't for my company giving us discounts via mweb I would never touch them even with a ten foot pole.
