Atrocious service

I have been a customer with Mweb for almost 20 years and cannot believe the atrocious service I have received recently been pushed between departments back and forth or should I say lack of service (prior to this I never had a problem getting assistance). I have still not been assisted with my issue but they continue to take my money. Unbelievable!!!! Let's see if anyone would bother to call now.
