Atrocious Mweb service

As all previous people said should not even have a -5 star for the poor after sales service. Paying for a 50/50 line but the max I’m getting is 12.5/10.2. But they are quick enough to debit your account for the full amount but are only getting a quarter of what you pay for. Atrocious service
