I logged a faulty Router on saterday afternoon around 3 pm. I was then contacted Sunday morning and told that the fault had been logged and that the delivery would be marked as urgent as I am running a business of that line. Monday afternoon I received a message from mweb stating that the exchange had taken place and should I find any problems with the NEW hardware I should simply contact technical services. Surprisingly however there had been NO exchange of the faulty router with a new one!!!!!! I then contacted mweb with regards to this message and wanted a time frame of when the new router would be delivered I was then and only then informed that they where out of stock and that a date could not be confirmed but that my case had yet again been marked as urgent. I then contacted Mweb today on the 23 of February to find out what had been done with regards to my order and how it would be handled. I was then informed that they where ENTIRELY out of stock and that I would be unable to even collect a modem at a branch office!!!! So in short i would like to know how a ISP company has NO STOCK of routers and now expect me to wait another week before I can be helped!?!
Best regards,
