Atrocious and ********* services

I've been trying to get hold of Mweb for over a year. I've left messages and no luck. Their app does not work and I can never log into my account. When I phone and hang on for ages...I get cut off.

They have increased my monthly subs year on year over the 2 years without unforming me.The product is much more than what they are advertising.

I find this ********* and your customer service and the fact that we can never get hold of you is atrocious.
