Atrocious and poor customer service

I have been on the line with Mweb the whole morning, my WIFI has not been working for days, and when I call in, their contact number keeps dropping after being put on hold for hours. This is unacceptable behavior and disgusting client service. I want this WIFI to be fixed in the next 2 hours. My Account number with them is : ***2
