On the 6th of July I order a fiber line from these guys, with the expactation that their products get delivered within 14 working days, and after delivery the installation should take place well guess what it has been way passed the advertised 14 day service period and when I do a follow up with them they keep saying they have escalated the issue but I still haven't been assisted the way I had hoped, they are just giving me a run around while I have already paid for their services imagine, even when they call me they just tell me one and the samething and now it's starting to feel like I'm being ****** my hard earn R400, the thought of it just ticks me off so bad @Mwev and @Vumatel useless service can I please get my money back
