Astrenomical call charges to MWEB's 087 numbers

MWEB is earning commission on all calls from their customers to their offices (087 numbers) which I as a user of their service have to pay for whereas they could have adopted the same strategy as a company in their same stable (Multichoice) by having Telkom contact numbers in all the major centres and calls then get transferred from that local connection to wherever(via VOIP,VOX or any free service they may choose), thereby saving their customers absorbent telephone call costs. I personally feel that for an ISP, MWEB is quite far behind by not adopting this method in our modern day and age practised by Multichoicen and thereby provide a better service to their customers instead of *****ing them by earning commission on calls they receive which the customers have to pay for. It also seem as if the personnel on the other end sometimes try wasting time by transferring calls backwards and forward to different departments to earn some more commission on the call.<br> PLEASE TELKOM CONTACT NUMBERS IN MAJOR CENTRES INSTEAD OF NAILING YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH COMMISION EARNINGS ON 087 CONTACT NUMBERS!
