Assistance with cancelation with mweb and get my refund

I've had the worst experience with mweb I paid for the activation and the wifi is not working I tried sending an email to them and they promised to get back to me within 24-48hours and no one called They're customer service number is not working When calling them you hold until the automated message cuts the call This is frustrating and they have no valid address or office or store to go to I want this to be canceled and I just don't know how to get hold of them and I want my refund the router is still there and working they can collect it
