ARROGANT AND ATROCIOUS SERVICE

I am utterly disappointed by your services.

I started services in November and you people told me that my first payment will be discounted, To be R500, end of November you debit 980 out of my account, WHYYYY?????

And then when I try to call you, all your consultants just transfer me without letting me know, hold on forever, I reversed the amount as it was not what we agreed on.

I still called and held on forever, and now u camcel my service without even giving me a call to understand.
