Arrogance of MWEB
The arrogance of this organization - I get a response from them that they do not respond to HelloPeter, they have closed my query on their system -

I have tried calling on the quoted number - if it was a toll free number I may be prepared to hold on for longer!!!
I have still not received any assistance with purchasing of Kaspersky - see previous complaint!!

06 Jan 2021, 07:13I see that all of my requests for assistance have been closed!!! How can that be. I got a call from a Wendy yesterday, and when I asked if she was going to assist me, promptly put the phone down - and that is the sum total of the assistance MWEB has been to me
