APPALLING SERVICE - ON HOLD FOR FIVE HOURS and no response

Subject - Appalling Customer Service Jan 2025

I have cumulatively been holding on via your Customer Service line for technical support for FIVE and a HALF HOURS over the past 2 days and counting!

I have sent multiple messages requesting response and support from the Live Chat platform as well to absolute no avail.

I have sent messages via official Mweb social platforms but am left unattended.

All the while my emails have not been working and i desperately require technical support in order to run my business PLEASE.
