Appalling service from Mweb!!! Quick to want to take people’s money but not provide service.

I am so disappointed with the service I received from @MWEB I app**** for fibre and they delivered the router but cannot even use the fibre the previous owners had fibre installed but took some of the cables to connect to the ONT and I’ve informed the call center people when I made countless of calls which they noted. So ever since receiving the stupid router I cannot use the fibre but they want to debit my account. I’ve been on endless calls with the call center and they always say it will be escalated till date I’m still without fibre and keep getting emails and sms’s that I’ve been suspended based on what terms???!! And why am I being debited for a service that I’m not using. I wish I had seen all the reviews before purchasing and giving out my bank details out. Because you are so quick to want to debit people but not provide service!!! If you want to fetch the router please do so cos it’s still in the box haven’t used it cos how am I even to use it if it’s not connected.
