Appalling Service from MWEB customer care and sales

I ordered for fibre installation beginning of the month its been over a month that this has still not been done. I have called into their sales department for my order to be cancelled so I can proceed with a new ISP and i am getting sent from pillar to post. please cancel my order and I don't want to proceed with you any further as the service is appalling and we sit with unhelpful service agents. Worse this is service granted to a potential client
