Appalling service from Mweb. I purchased an LTE contract and this was my experience: - Order tracking on website doesn't work - No answer at any call centre number, through any option, any time of the day - Query function on website doesn't work - The wrong size sim was delivered for my router - as such I am completely stuck - and there is no way to contact Mweb apart from through HelloPeter This is absolutely appalling!!!
