Appalling service from Mweb

Dear Sir/ Madam Kindly help me with the appalling service I've been getting from Mweb. Joined them last month from my internet provider I've been with for the past 8yrs. Firstly - I chose a 150mbp upload and download plan which is on special till December 2024, to my surprise they allocated 75mbp of which I challanged and Ive been sent from pillar to post- still not resolved. Ive called, emailed and even sent messages on their twitter acc with no help. Secondly - I was charged R1979- which was never communicated and no where on the official agreement I signed. I contacted them and was promised to be called back and none of that has materialized, - Thirdly the 75mbp plan they allocated is not sufficient for all my household needs. Ive sent numerous messages requesting that I be upgraded to the initial choice of 150 upload and download with no help.

I dont even know how to reach them anymore
