Appalling service and zero accountability

I placed an order with Zoom and Mweb on January 27th, and it has been a nightmare ever since. Mweb cancelled the installation without any notification, and now both companies are simply blaming each other.

Attempting to get a straight answer is impossible. They do not answer their phones, and their WhatsApp support is useless—they just "log a ticket" that goes nowhere. They talk around the bush and refuse to provide a clear update on our line. The level of service is non-existent. Save yourself the headache and go with a provider that actually values its customers. I do not recommend Zoom or Mweb to anyone.
