Appalling service

I just recently started using Mweb fibre through Balwin Apartments and I regret ever looking their way, their call centre is the worst I have ever experienced. They take forever to answer calls and even we you complain it’s just fall on deaf ears or they don’t care at all. I don’t even have a month with them but I regret my decision.
