Appalling Mweb service

Still waiting on any form of service or communication since apolying for my Fibre connection 2 months ago. Cannot contact them, everything is computerized. When finally a 'sales' agent answers (these are the only humans you can actually get on a call) your call gets dropped as they pass the buck. A service which I would have recommended 6months ago has now become appalling. And the false advertising keeps popping up.
