Appalling, most incondirate way of catering to a client

To come here and see that it's rated one star ( which i am certain is the only default when in fact one could rate it a negative 30. WhatsApp says they have confirmed my number and sent an OTP that never comes. When calling, i am told the same but the OTP never arrives. The last three times i have called in , i have had to wait to be be connected to someone for over 50 minutes of my airtme running. Today is no different, still waiting to be connected, once you're caller number 2, seems the wait has to be at 30 minutes minimum which again is where i am at. My wifi has not been working since yesterday 5pm, the strength signal is excellent, no unusual lights on my LTE router except " connected with no internet connection" this is jus ridiculous. The online chat service has never worked, my lunch is now over and no one came on the line. They don't even have a call back option, they just want you to suffer through the wait like you have no life. Abysmal.
