Appalling customer service from Mweb

Asked a simple instruction from them to have a new deal run after current contract expires ,what a problem 3/4 emails later still cant understand English ,got a notification that modem will be delivered within 5 working days ,this is the second time in one month this has been done a lady by the name Revana is who i have been dealing with between herself and the call center the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing absolutely useless ,i have now decided to go with Afrihost from the 1st January 2019.
