Appalling Customer Service!!

MWeb, your customer services is absolutely appalling. I have been trying to call for 2 days and keep getting cut off or being put on hold and each time I get through I keep getting disconnected or put through to some department that never answers their phone. I am paying for a service and I expect better service. I am on the verge of cancelling my contract with yourselves!!
