Appalling after sales

Good day all I am extremely unhappy with the service from mweb my ont box was installed 3weeks ago and I still don't have service. I have been calling them every second day with apologies every day from them.I moved house and waited for 3 months for them to install a new box. After they have installed they have activated which was meant to be 48hrs max.The manager has stopped responding to my emails Aaisha Koopman which is extremely frustrating. I have run out of avenues. They are efficient in getting new business but very bad once they have your business.
