Appaling Service From MWEB

Please don't ever put your business at the mercy of Mweb Business. You will only do irreparable harm to it. In more than 5 years of dealing with Mweb Business every time I deal with them it takes weeks to resolve simple matters, if resolved at all, and only after numerous reminders. The latest 3 bad experiences have left me totally dissatisfied with them. First of all we want to update our website and since 20 May to 8 June they have not found a solution so that we can make this simple change. Secondly, they cancel one of our company e-mail addresses a week ago and we can't get them to reinstate it. The final straw is when they sent me login details for our Control Panel and the login details are wrong. Since Friday, 4th we have tried to get the correct login details from them, but to this moment they haven't been supp****. Whenever we have a query be it technical or account related all we get is an automated e-mail response with a reference number for our query but no one from Mweb Business follows up to resolve the matter. It is only after numerous reminders that we get anyone to respond and for every reminder we get a new reference number. I think their staff drown in ref no's.
