Appaling Service and no regard for customer

I bought a fiber package from Mweb on the 14th of November. They started charging me immediately without installing an Openserve box. I have spent hours on the phone with them - and just to get to speak to a human takes a loooong time - logged numerous queries - begged for a huma to phone me back - didn't happen I also desperately tried to contact Openserve - and still no installation. Just getting orders to install a stupid app that says nothing, Mweb order STILL says, 'successful installation'. STILL waiting - where I live, I do not have a choice BUT to use Openserve, but I can choose not to use Mweb - which ISP is semi-decent? Also, cannot change billing address to PO Box, cannot enter OTP on Openserve App - does not accept las digit - amateurs.
