APAULING SERVICE

VERY QUICK TO SELL AND THAT IS WHERE IT STOP!!!! Router delivered, Frogfoot did their bit with the Fiber Installation ad that is where it stop. Call after call, manage to speak to people after holding on for more than 35 min at a time with the same story. Activation take 24 to 48 hours and again the same story. Request for a manager to call back and it never happen...they do not even honour the request to come and take out the router...can't complain about the service as there IS no service...
