APALLING SERVICE FROM MWEB

Shody service from Mweb, I was expecting delivery of my LTW router from ccd couriers. When CCD couriers called to arrange for delivery I informed them that I do not have proof of residence for my current address as I have recently moved here. CCD then informed me to contact Mweb and inform them of my situation, I proceeded to contact Mweb and spoke to Lwazi who guided me on updating my information on their website and said she will then inform the courier via email that they may deliver my parcel and accept my proof of res as it is updated on their side.

CCD came to deliver today and were not able to as my address had not been changed as Mweb had failed to inform

I been trying to get hold of Mweb for the past 2 hours and I can't get through....

Absolutely appalling service from Mbeb, I do understand we under lockdown but sure you are able to send an email to your courier company.
