Angry Mweb Customer!

This is the worst company ever it has 0% customer service or whatsoever they dont really care about customer service at all they take forever to reply to queries and their call centre is a nightmare,i called in for a refund as i paid for my fibre twice by mistake was on the phone almost an hour only to be told i have to email them all sorts of documents and that nothing more than that can be done...
