Angry customer

Hi

I had a router with MWEB last year November, and when they sold me they said its month to month contract and that you can cancel anytime you want. However if you cancelled the contract within 12 months you must pay for the free router you have received.

January I called them to cancel as that wasn't working very well with me, but up until to date MWEB is still debiting my account.

I called them this morning to ask why are they still debiting my account because i need the price of the router only so that i can pay... they told me that i cannot cancel the contract.

MWEB is lying to us when they want us to sign up with them selling us wrong information. I am not staying on this month to month contract (as far as i know) because it is not working perfectly in my area it is very slow. they can take me to their laywers if they want to.
