Angry client

My name Roland jacbs I have been a client of Mweb for a few months and the service I received from them is very pooooor I can't believe I will take 4 days for someone call me back I iam willing to cancel my contract with them now its been almost 2 weeks no one is getting back to me even up until today I have seen emails to a complaints box which was of no use auto reply I don't know what to do please help
