Angry and Frustrated!

Absolutely pathetic service from Mweb and Openserve. I signed up 28 of October and was overcharged and still awaiting for a service! Called about 10 times. Waited half an hour each time to speak to an *********** Mweb agent. Each time I get the same answer that a ticket is issued for the matter to escalate. My last call with them this morning I had asked to suspend my account with Immediate effect and refund. They gave me a nonsense story for breach of contract, when they are in Breach of contract for not connecting me in 10 days as they say they would! Absolutely frustrated. Annoyed. Angry. Mweb is supposed to be reputable company!
