Angry and disappointed- no service

I have been trying to get hold of Mweb on their call centre for over a month.

The speeds I am getting are not the speeds I pay for.'

I wish to make changes to my account but cannot get into the internet function because after many years I do not have access to my user name or password.

I am deeply disappointed in this company and ask that a service agent should contact me on *** asap
