The most useless and pathetic ISP I have ever dealt with. Sold me a product, knowing well that I travel, and I can't use it unless I'm at home. Now they want to seel me another product, for R100 more, to solve this problem. Above that, they refuse to refund me for the 2 weeks I've sat with no internet.

I asked to speak to a manager and they dropped the call. I want to cancel this deal because they aren't worth it at all. Waste of time and money.
