**** AND DISGUSTING NETWORK.😡

Mweb is the worst service provider I ever had I don't recommend anyone to sign up with them you think you give certain companies a chance then they bull **** I'm so angry I'm not even 6 months in my contract and price increases I'm now only 3 months in my contract I got no warning I got no emails to say priced increased my last statement and only statement was in January but apparently they have been sending emails another thing is and this is a joke they told me it's stated in the contract I have not received any contract from mweb via email when they told me they have increased I said I got no information stating it went up they said they will resend it that was a month ago I'm still waiting for my contract stating it went up ( oh i also phoned them) You phone them you wait 27 minutes to a half an hour then still no one pics up u login an enquiry then they read, respond after 2 weeks and they don't answer the question you ask for or they don't phone you back this network SUCKS I'm taking them further because this is **** what they are doing I also wanted to cancel my contract then they told me I can't I must pay over R3000 for cancelation I have had a **** experience from the beginning they the worst I also don't know who tampered with my settings but my username and password can't be changed I eventually reset it now I can't get into it.
