An ISP that doesn't know its **** from a hole in the ground.

*********** service - suspended my wife's email account today.No notice, nothing.Claim it was part of the move to our new home. well and good, but after 4 half hour waits with the "technical" department, and 2 half hour waits with sales it's still not working. Umpteen reasons why not, wrong email address, wrong name - I can actually say they are probably the most ******** ISP of their own systems. Like an idiot, I have been with them for 25+ years since dial-up days.I don't expect a response to this - I just mourn the amount of money I have spent with this crowd of clowns. Anybody know how I can move to a new ISP without losing my email addresses?
