am being billed for errors mweb created

this is my second report on this issue and i only got some initial help after writting here,i approached mweb following the 2 previous mistakes on my domain, the issue was resolved or i must say was made yo believe that everything was in oder only to receive the shock of my life wen mweb was claiming monies from me that their call center agents made, treeservice was mispelt from threeservice to treesevrce and am supposed to pay for that? its not good service @ all
