All Hope is Lost with Mweb Employees

I have never been so disappointed in the service i have been receiving from Mweb. Just a heads-up take 95% of your technicians and train them on customer service and telephone ettiquette. Nandi, Vumatel (useless) have sent an activation email yesterday at 16:19pm, i have been calling so many times ( 10 one time pins) , are you guys not serious about customer's. I need to have an online class tonight, NOBODY in MWEB can push an activation button!!! *** M Harris.
