My first call to the customer service department was awful. Luckily I tried again, and Akona gave me the very best customer service I think I have ever experienced. She was awesome!!!!!! So far so good, hope the product meets my expectations, but if my experience this morning with this very efficient, helpful, friendly woman is anything to go by, then I will be a happy happy customer!
