Agents VERY unhelpful

I have found the MWEB agents VERY unhelpful. Before you can even tell them what your challenge or query is they saying they cant help. You then ask what you can do . NO constructive guidance. I had a quick look on the web and couldnt find where to address an e mail query / complaint to eith. I CERTAINLY will NEVER opt for MWEB.
