Agents are always very helpful
Agents are always very helpful. Must hold on forever to speak to agent. I just hold on for about 40 minutes even though I was 6th in the line. Other times I was holding on for almost 2 hours. Using my airtime. It was not like that in the past. It is very frustrating.
