Agent was courteous ...
Agent was courteous and polite and very patient with me.... I am not techno-savvy and I lack patience especially when dealing with technical issues. He was also very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. We have been with Mweb for many years and they have never disappointed us or given us bad service - they are dependable and always come through...
