Again I ask, Why is MWeb still an Internet Service Provider

Mweb has still not leased the line so that a new ISP can find my address. They sent an email confirmation of my cancelation but they have not confirmed the release of the line.

I wish I could write a review every single day about this company.

I'm literally being held hostage by Mweb and even the ISPA hasn't been any help. I even tried contacting Corrie from MetroFibre and he too just ignores me. Today marks exactly 30 days without fibre.
