Aftersales Customer Service - non existent

Just stay clear of Mweb, the customer service is none existent.

I have spend hours on the line only to be cut off. They claim to have online chat, and tested it, from 09h00 till 12h00 not agent attended to it - which renders it useless.

Added a NoordVPN service, and it only worked for a day - contacted sales and was advised its still active and quickly advised to cancel it - put through to the cancellation department and got not answer
