⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After having a really bad experience on repeat with MWEB and struggling to get my issue resolved, dealing with Dali was a completely different experience. For the first time, I felt like I was actually being listened to and assisted. Dali was professional, patient and took ownership of the matter. She managed to resolve my issue, and I truly appreciate the effort she put in. Thank you, Dali. After weeks of frustration, you definitely turned my experience around.
