Adequate connection; atrocious support and communication

Adequate when it works, but if something goes wrong, support is poor to non-existent. It is nearly impossible to speak to a human, and their digital channels are atrocious: this morning, for example, I tried their Live Chat support channel, and after 40 minutes had still had no response.
