Adding Charges with No Notice
I have been a customer of theirs since they started. I had 3 mail boxes - two of which I know I (tried to) close many years back. With no notice, they are now charging me, and have been for the past two months, for those dormant mailboxes. What type of **** are they running? Total disgrace in this day an age when every penny counts! It took over an hour chatting with an online consultant to hopefully get this sorted - but I will still have to pay for an extra month! Mweb, I definitely will not recommend your company to anyone, ever!

The free mailbox offering associated with these services was discontinued, and customers were notified of this change in advance. As a result, active mailboxes became billable unless cancelled.We can also see that this was discussed with one of our agents, who advised that a one-calendar-month cancellation notice applies to mailbox cancellations.
