*****ing from pensioners and not honoring the 7 day cooling off period. Ashwin sold Mweb deal to my Mother and said R189 p.m for 2 months then R250 pm thereafter. No contract, no installation! Now she received a bill for R299 Rica delivery fee that was apparently disclosed over the phone. My mother says she did not know and she thought he was explaining the R250 thereafter. She cannot afford it and cancelled it 1 day after receiving the simcard and immediately when receiving the bill. Mweb insist that 7 day cooling off period doesn't count and she will have to serve a month's notice and pay R488! Which is the reason for canceling.
