Active line with no internet

Hi Raeesa,  We can see how frustrating this is, especially with your line showing as active but still having no internet connection, and then spending long periods on hold without getting through to support. That combination is understandably exhausting when all you want is a working service. We can confirm that an escalation has been submitted to our Activations Team to investigate your service status and assist with restoring connectivity. They will review the line, check the provisioning state, and determine why the connection is not coming through despite the active status. Kind regards,
