Activation request *** unable to get through via the call center

Afternoon, i tried calling into the call center and held until i got cut off numerous times , and unfortunately i cannot log a ticket as my order is still under provisioning , earlier today i had the router and so forth all set up and installed and was asked to contact the mweb team for activation , please assist with activating Order No. X*** . await your speedy response , many thanks
